On October 30, 2025, the highly anticipated Global Health Exhibition concluded successfully in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Saikang Medical made a remarkable appearance at this world-class event, attracting large numbers of professional visitors to its booth H3.J10. During the exhibition, Saikang Medical presented its comprehensive achievements in the field of smart healthcare. From intelligent electric hospital beds and advanced operating tables to multifunctional examination tables and a complete range of medical furniture systems, Saikang demonstrated how its “Smart Design + Cutting-edge Engineering” philosophy enhances patient comfort and optimizes clinical efficiency through integrated solutions.

One of the highlights of the exhibition was Saikang’s latest ICU Smart Bed – the C8c, which drew significant attention for its professional design and technological innovation. Specifically developed for intensive care environments, the C8c adopts a seamless, aseptic design, ensuring no cleaning blind spots and supporting fast and effective disinfection, fully meeting the high standards of hospital infection control.

Equipped with Saikang’s patented Double Auto-Regression system, the C8c allows the backrest to retract 67mm ±10mm and the thigh plate 57mm ±10mm when raised, while the pelvic area extends up to 19cm. This reduces pressure and shear forces, significantly lowering the risk of pressure ulcers and providing safer, more comfortable long-term care.

In addition, the C8c features a built-in acrylic touch control panel that is waterproof, easy to clean, and illuminated for feedback to prevent misoperation. Patients can conveniently adjust their positions, enhancing both comfort and independence. The intelligent foot-end projection system displays essential information—such as brake status, side rail unlocking, bed-exit alarms, and nurse calls—directly onto the floor, allowing caregivers to instantly grasp the patient’s status even from outside the ward, greatly improving workflow efficiency.

Throughout the exhibition, the C8c received high praise from medical professionals for its outstanding industrial design, infection-control performance, and intelligent functionality. Many healthcare representatives noted that the product’s detailed design, clinical practicality, and infection-prevention measures perfectly align with modern ICU requirements for safety, efficiency, and patient experience.
