Review of Customer Visiting in First Quarter

In the first quarter of 2026, as winter gave way to spring, Saikang embraced a vibrant and energetic start to the year. During this period, we had the honor of welcoming numerous customer representatives from countries and regions around the world, including Iraq, Pakistan, Thailand, the Philippines, and Algeria. Their visits not only reflected their attention to and recognition of Saikang, but also created valuable opportunities for us to deepen international cooperation and explore future development together.

Our visiting customers began with a tour of Saikang’s modern manufacturing facilities. During the visit, they closely observed our advanced production equipment, rigorous manufacturing processes, and strict quality control systems. From raw material selection to final product delivery, every step demonstrated Saikang’s unwavering commitment to quality and continuous investment in technological innovation. The customers spoke highly of our strong production capabilities and standardized management system.

Following the factory tour, the customers visited Saikang’s Global Medical Care Experience Center. Here, they had the opportunity to personally experience a wide range of our carefully developed healthcare products and solutions. Through immersive, scenario-based displays, the center enabled customers to gain a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the excellent performance and user-friendly design of Saikang products in real-world applications.

Customers showed particular interest in Saikang’s core products—operating tables and hospital beds. They personally operated our multifunctional electric operating tables, experiencing their precise electric controls, flexible positioning adjustments, and the convenience they bring to surgical procedures. As for our hospital beds, customers focused on their ergonomic design, smart connectivity features, and their ability to enhance patient comfort and recovery. They expressed great satisfaction with the products’ superior craftsmanship, innovative features, and outstanding quality, noting that they can fully meet the needs of various medical institutions and possess strong market competitiveness.

In addition to the tours and hands-on experiences, we held several productive meetings with customers from different countries. During these discussions, customers gained deeper insights into Saikang’s development history, corporate culture, market presence, and future strategic plans.
