The Christmas-themed event of Saikang Medical’s International Trade Department officially kicked off amid a sense of warmth and anticipation. In no time, each team selected a captain, decided on a team name and slogan, and the atmosphere was instantly ignited. With the host’s signal, the Nintendo Switch mini-games officially began! After several rounds of intense competition, the Red Team stood out with outstanding performance and won the team championship. Each member received a special Christmas gift pack, with joy written across every smiling face. “This year, our overall performance is expected to grow by 11% year-on-year, reaching a new historical high!” His words were firm and powerful, backed by the day-in, day-out dedication of every Saikang team member. He extended special thanks to the General Management Office, Human Resources Department, Supply Chain Center, R&D Department, and Manufacturing Center for their strong support of international business, emphasizing: “It is precisely because of your solid backing behind the scenes that we are able to charge forward without hesitation on the front line.”

Following this, Bessie, Marketing Director of the International Trade Center, spoke on behalf of all colleagues to express sincere gratitude to clients and partners who had traveled from afar. Behind every figure lay countless business trips, cross-time-zone communications, and project challenges overcome. They are pioneers of Saikang’s global footprint and firsthand participants and witnesses of Chinese medical solutions going global.

At the same time, 2025 was also a year of talent growth. Four colleagues were successfully promoted, and thirteen new team members passed their probation. Employee representatives took the stage to share their growth stories, filled with gratitude and determination.
